Permitify provides an AI-powered plan review service that analyzes construction plans for code compliance. While we strive for accuracy, our AI service is intended to be used as a preliminary review tool and should not be considered a replacement for official plan review by local authorities.

By using our service, you acknowledge that while we will never sell your plans or personal information, we may use submitted plans to improve our AI models through secure and confidential training processes. All such usage is anonymized and conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account
• Ensuring they have the right to submit plans for review
• Verifying results with appropriate authorities

4. Limitations of Liability

Permitify's AI review service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.

5. Payment Terms

Our service is provided for a fee of $24 per plan review. Payment is required before the review process begins. Reviews will be completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
